Armour Transportation Systems is looking for a Sales Coordinator based out of our Dartmouth, NS or Moncton, NB location.  

Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing communication, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless interactions with customers and internal departments. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales communication, including answering calls and responding to emails.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
• Conduct outbound calls to major customers as needed.
• Research and follow up on customer inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with the sales department and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in tracking and managing sales-related documentation and reports.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Education & Experience:

• Experience in the transportation industry is an asset
• Experience with TruckMate or similar software is an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Power Point , Excel , Word.
