Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and proactively responding to customer needs, inquiries and concerns
Entering freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
Printing and preparing documentation for our operations team
Preparing trips for dispatch in Truckmate
Reconciling completed trips in accordance with driver check-in procedures
Undelivered Freight bill coding
Overage, shortage, and damage monitoring / follow up
No Pod report monitoring
On Time Delivery Exception Auditing
Scanning documents
Attend all pre-planned meetings
Other tasks as assigned by Terminal Supervisor / Regional Manager

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

Detail orientated and self-motivated
Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding /typing skills 40wpm + accurately
Ability to prioritize and effectively handle changing priorities
Ability to work well within a team
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with analytical decision-making skills.

Technical Skills:

Transportation Industry expriance
Understanding Truckmate system considered a strong asset
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
